- If we have a local warehouse in your area, your order will be shipped via courier from our overseas warehouse.

- Air freight delivers to the buyer within 5-10 days.
- Rail freight takes approximately 20 days to reach the destination country (suitable for European countries).

3. Air Freight
A fast and efficient transportation method.

– **Wide Coverage:** Air freight services are available in most parts of the world.

Customs Clearance Methods
1. Double Clearance Shipping
This is a one-stop service where the shipping company handles customs clearance and duties from the origin to the destination.
– *Double Clearance with Taxes Included:*
– **Definition:** Includes destination country taxes in the shipping fee, so the importer doesn’t need to pay additional duties.
– **Advantages:**
– Simple process, saving time.
– Importer doesn’t need to manage customs clearance or pay duties.
– **Disadvantages:**
– Higher overall cost due to added service fees.
– *Double Clearance without Taxes Included:*
– **Definition:** The shipping company handles customs clearance, but the importer pays the duties.
– **Advantages:** Lower cost compared to the above.
– **Disadvantages:** Importer must understand the destination country’s tax system, adding complexity.
2. Non-Double Clearance Shipping
This service only covers transportation from the departure port to the destination port. Customs clearance and duties are handled by the importer.

– Lowest cost.
– High flexibility.
– *Disadvantages:*
– Requires high expertise from the importer.
– If customs clearance fails, risks include delays or return shipping.

Return Policy:
- Please contact our customer service representative, providing a description of the return reason, the purchase order or invoice number, and the total number of parts to be returned.
- All shipments should be inspected upon receipt. Any concerns must be brought to our attention before any assembly or modifications occur. To receive a full refund, the original item must be in the condition it was received.
- Stock parts: All parts must be returned within 30 days. MORXER will offer credit for parts passing inspection only. No credit can be given for shipping costs. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged.
- Customized parts: No returns accepted. Any customized product is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Missing components: All shipments should be inspected upon receipt; any concerns of missing components must be brought to our attention within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
- Defective parts: If parts have manufacturing defects or are customized incorrectly, MORXER must be notified within 6 months of receiving the shipment. As storage conditions may affect part quality, no parts will be refunded after 6 months.
